Sheet mask hacks

Sheet masks are great for relaxation and easy at home pampering. But they are not recommended to be used for your daily skin care routine. Here are some simple ways to get the most bang for your buck when using sheet masks!

 

Put your face masks in the fridge

The fridge isn't just for your eye masks and jade rollers. Get the same cooling effect but with your sheet masks by putting them s in the fridge before you use them! The coolness brings a refreshing sensory experience and helps with reduce the look of puffiness and redness. 

 

Increase blood flow to the face for better absorption 

Increasing blood flow to your face encourages product to absorb deeper into your skin. There are two ways to do this. One way is to tap all around your face after removing the face mask. The pressure and movement of the tapping causes more blood flow to your face.  Another way is to hang upside for a bit. Bend over like your touching your toes for 30 seconds to allow blood to flow to your face. 

 

Use a jade roller while masking

While jade rollers are popular for their face shaping benefits, it's a great tool to use while masking! Use a jade roller while using a sheet mask to further push the mask's serum into your skin. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!

 

 

Sleep with it on!

The foil front of our foil sheet masks act as insulation to have the serum in the mask last longer. Sleeping with our foil mask on allow for overnight hydration, so you can wake up with dewy hydrated skin to start off your day! 

Use leftover serum

Your face isn't the only the only part of your body that needs moisturizing. Sheet mask are soaked in serum, leaving a lot of leftover product in the packaging once you take it out. Don't let it go to waste and apply the leftover serum to other parts of your body. We suggest applying it to your neck and arms! 

 

Use a sheet mask before applying makeup

Makeup holds up better on hydrated skin. Lay a better foundation for your make up and use a sheet mask to hydrate it! It helps have dewy skin to achieve a youthful look!
